1, overview

The baffle which is placed under the gap of the gas collecting chamber is arranged in the gas emitter and prevents the methane gas from entering the settling area, otherwise the flocculation of the precipitation area can be caused. The liquid that contains a number of residual solids and sludge particles passes through the gap in the separator and enters the settling zone.
The flow area of the inclined wall of the separator is increased when the flow area is close to the water surface, so the rising velocity is lower than that of the discharge point. Due to the flow rate, the sludge settling zone can be reduced by flocculation and sedimentation. The accumulation of sludge on the three-phase separator to a certain extent will exceed the friction force on the inclined wall, which will slip back into the reaction zone, which will react with the influent organic matter.
